Ordering Help

When placing an order,

1. Find the cap or shirt you are looking for and enter the quantity that you want. 
    

2. click on the Add to Cart button.  This will log in your order info, pop up a little confirmation sign.
    

3. You can Empty Cart (to start all over), Continue Shopping (which will bring you back to the same page), or Update (if you have changed any quantites). 
    

4. Checkout will take you to a first screen to take your name and address.  If you are a returning customer who has a previously saved login, you can click on the link in the upper right corner to Sign In.
    

5. The 2nd screen of Checkout will show your order for confirmation and take your payment information.  If you need to correct anything, you can Edit Your Billing Information by clicking on the link just below the Billing Information section.  Or you can just use your Back button to go back to the previous screen.
    

6. When you are ready just click on the "View Cart" button.  That will take you to a secure Shopping site to record your payment and shipping information.
    

7. If you are paying by Paypal, that option will appear on the shopping cart when you Check Out.
    

8. If you are ordering embroidery or screen printing for your item, you can go to Printing/Embroidery to see your options and prices.  Then call us toll-free at (800)938-1911, or (972) 938-1911.  There are many custom variables with logos, printing and embroidery to process.  Just call us.  You'll enjoy talking to Cindy.
